The staff here is exceptional not only to hear the problems and requests but to also run your insurance to see if they accepts the insurance unlike other providers staff who blankly says “No” for insurance acceptance. Xiomara was very kind and patient to answer all my questions despite been busy. She accommodated the appointment time as per our request. Thank you very much for your customer service. Dr. Beiro is great! I have seen several orthos in the past and feel like they never spent any time with me to explain anything. Dr. Beiro is very thorough and gives you all the options. Very nice too! Would absolutely recommend.

Dr. Berio is simply amazing! My daughter had surgery for a torn ACL and Meniscus and Dr. Berio was very compassionate and informative. He took his time to answer any questions we had, which we had few questions because he was very informative! The staff at the hospital was extremely kind and caring as well. Dr. Beiro is an excellent orthopedic dr/ surgeon, he is very experienced, thorough and knowledgeable. He is compassionate and takes his time to explain everything to the patient and family. Always goes above and beyond and has excellent bedside manners. When my mom fell and broke her ankle he called us past midnight to explain what he sees in the xrays and the surgical procedures he needs to complete in order to restore her foot’s function. He gave out his personal cell phone to reach out to him anytime with questions or concerns. As a nurse, he always treats us with the respect we deserve for taking care of his patients. He never acts bothered when we call him for orders no matter the time of the night. We need more people like him in the world!
